Crisis Specialist Requirements:

  • Have reliable high-speed internet

  • Be an Indiana resident

  • Be willing to commute to Fort Wayne, IN for regular trainings, meetings, etc.

  • Must have at least a high school diploma or HSE diploma

Availability:

  • We hire crisis specialists based on their availability and our current need to staff the chat service

  • Certain holiday hours are required.

  • Each crisis specialist must work a minimum of 12 hours each week.

  • The position will not have more than 28 hours per week and is not guaranteed all 28 hours.
